Although we are animal lovers, unfortunately we don’t allow pets of any kind at the B&B.

We recently updated our children policy. We allow kids of all ages when reserving the entire B&B for one party. However when making individual bookings, all children must be 12 or over.

This policy was updated on November 1st, 2023 and applies to all reservations booked after this date.

All of our rooms sleep 2 and have one king size bed. We allow up to 4 people in each room, however additional sleeping materials must be provided by guests.

We allow very small events with under 30 people. You are required to rent the entire B&B to hold an event and must pay an event fee. Events must be over by 10pm.

We require a one night deposit upon booking and the remaining balance is automatically charged the date of arrival.

We require a 2 night minimum, however there are occasions we make exceptions. Occasionally we have a one night gap between two bookings. When this occurs, we accept one night bookings with a $55 one night fee.

A breakfast-in-bed tray is delivered to each room at 9am each morning. We have a set menu each day that usually includes some kind of egg dish with pancakes or french toast. We are happy to accommodate any food restrictions or modify your breakfast delivery time upon request.

Yes. We send a self check-in email a few days before arrival. The email includes your room number and key code information to access your room.

You must cancel your reservation at least 15 days before arrival for a full refund. Cancellations less than 15 days before arrival will be charged the full amount.

Wedding blocks or group reservations with 4 or more rooms booked must cancel at least 22 days before arrival for a full refund. Group cancellations with less than 22 days notice prior to arrival will be charged the full amount unless we are able to rebook the rooms.

Rooms are only cleaned after departure. For stays longer than 3 nights, you can request a room cleaning mid stay.

Yes! We are located between Leoness Winery and Oak Mountain Winery. They are within a 5 to 7 minute walk.

Unfortunately we do not do weddings at The Vine House, however we do supply lodging for your wedding party. You can even host a rehearsal dinner on site for an additional fee.

All of our rooms include the following: complementary breakfast-in-bed tray delivered to your room at 9am each morning, one king size bed (in all rooms), mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, full length mirror, smart TV, individually controlled heat & AC, free WiFi, and free parking.

Our property offers a full size tennis court (we provide balls and racquets in a storage chest on the court), bocce ball court, a chicken coop area where guests can feed and pet our chickens, and community fire pit with lounge sofas.

Yes! When booking online, you have the option to add on our Romance Package. The package includes silk rose petals on the bed in the shape of a heart, sparkling wine on ice, and a box of Godiva chocolates.

Yes! Our Vineyard View Deluxe room is ADA compliant for wheelchair access.

We have 3 rooms with a fireplace, our Vineyard View Deluxe, Top Floor Luxury suite, and our Top Floor Grand suite.

Our Top Floor Luxury Suite and Top Floor Grand suite both have large soaking tubs, our Full Kitchen suite has a small tub.

These two rooms have all the same amenities. The biggest difference is the décor. The Grand suite is slightly larger than the Luxury, however not by much.

Our Vineyard View Room and Vineyard View Deluxe offer a private vineyard view patio with 2 chairs. Our Top Floor Luxury and Top Floor Grand Suites offer a stunning vineyard view balcony. While the balcony is not large enough to fit a table, there are two small stools for sitting out and enjoying a glass of wine.

Unfortunately we do not. Breakfast is provided with your stay each morning, but we do not serve any additional food items. We are within a 5 to 10 minute walk to 2 wineries that serve food for lunch. Many of our guests also use the apps Grubhub, UberEats, or DoorDash for food delivery to the B&B.
